I offer individual therapy, couples therapy, and EMDR. Depending on what brings you in, therapy can look different from week to week. We might spend one session unpacking something from your childhood, another talking through the fight you had last night, and another trying to decide whether that text you keep rereading actually meant what you think it meant.

You may be dealing with anxiety, depression, the effects of trauma, stress, or a part of life that feels harder than it should. You don’t need to come in with the perfect thing to talk about or know exactly what you need. We’ll start with what’s happening in your life right now and make a plan together.

Individual Therapy

I work with adults navigating difficult family relationships, estrangement, relational trauma, or attachment wounds. I especially enjoy working with college students, young professionals, moms, and women navigating the complicated transition from the family they grew up in to the life and relationships they’re creating for themselves.

We may be a good fit if:

  • You're tired of repeating patterns you already understand but can't seem to shift.

  • You're learning how to set boundaries, trust yourself, or stop second-guessing what you need.

  • You're curious about yourself and willing to get a little uncomfortable.

  • You want a therapist who will have your back and be willing to call you out when it matters.

EMDR Therapy

I offer Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) for clients who want to move past trauma, painful relational memories, or deep-seated negative beliefs about themselves. Instead of just talking through what happened, EMDR works directly with how memories and stress are stored in your body. This helps your nervous system process old pain so it stops taking over your present.

We may be a good fit if:

  • You can intellectualize your past, but your body still reacts like the threat is happening right now.

  • You find yourself triggered by specific phrases, tones, or situations and want to soften those automatic reactions.

  • You carry core beliefs like "I'm not safe," "I'm too much," or "It's my job to fix this" that logic alone hasn't been able to change.

  • You want an approach that goes beyond talk therapy alone, whether we blend EMDR into our ongoing sessions or focus entirely on reprocessing.

Couples Therapy

I primarily work with couples in their 20s and 30s whose relationship is being impacted by past trauma, difficult family dynamics, or attachment wounds. I work best with couples who are genuinely curious about themselves and willing to look at their pasts, patterns, and what each of them brings to the relationship.

We may be a good fit if:

  • You want to feel closer but keep getting stuck in the same cycle.

  • You're noticing how family dynamics or past experiences affect the way you connect, communicate, or handle conflict.

  • You're a dating or engaged couple who wants to be intentional about the relationship you're building.

There may be a better fit for you elsewhere if:

  • One partner is being dragged to therapy.

  • You're not ready to look at your own part of the problem or you're looking for someone to take your side.

  • Your relationship involves severe or ongoing high conflict.
